My Story
Martha has been a Realtor in the Coldwell Banker Church Circle office almost 10 years. She specializes in Annapolis sales but also works with clients in Severna Park, Arnold, Crofton, Edgewater, South County and the Eastern Shore and her clients tend to be split evenly between buyers and sellers. Her exposure to the needs of both buyers and sellers helps her stay in touch with all aspects of the market and to keep her clients informed. As an award-winning NCAA Division I college athlete, Martha brings a positive and competitive spirit to her work. She helps clients buy and sell a diverse array of properties ranging from condominiums in the $200,000 range, to large, waterfront estates priced well above $4M.
Before working at Coldwell Banker, Martha worked in the technology sector for 23 years – first for Apple Computer and then for Dell Computer Corporation. She was a regional manager for a $350M sales territory and managed a large team of sales reps living in the Mid-Atlantic territories. She helped write and negotiate complex contracts and maintained 20-year relationships with many customers. Martha’s focus was, and continues to be, understanding customers’ needs and goals in order to deliver customer satisfaction from the first meeting to settlement and beyond.
Martha’s office is centrally located in downtown Annapolis and it is the #1 sales office for Coldwell Banker from Texas to Florida, plus all Mid-Atlantic states north to Maryland. Among the top 10 agents for Coldwell Banker’s Mid-Atlantic Region in revenue and units in 2013, Martha is among the top 20 agents for the last four years. She is a member of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Circle and the Masters Club of Anne Arundel County.
Martha lives in Annapolis with her husband and son. They built their waterfront home 7 years ago on the South River. She frequently draws on her personal experiences of moving every 2-5 years as a child and from building her personal home on the water to help clients make informed decisions about the building process in Anne Arundel County. When she is not helping a client, she can found either boating on the Chesapeake Bay, hiking on area trails or planning the next family adventure. Wherever she is, you can be sure she will have a camera in hand as photography is a passion.
