Located just off West Street at 66 Franklin Street, this community is made up condominiums, townhomes, and single family homes – each with a city or water view. Just a block from almost everything in the Annapolis Historic District, it is a very popular location.
Located just beside the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium, home of the U.S. Naval Academy mascot, Bill the Goat, Admiral Heights is a water-privileged community minutes from historic downtown Annapolis, the Annapolis Mall, Route 50, and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
Located just west of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Sandy Point State Park, Amberley was named one of the most desirable communities in Maryland by Baltimore Magazine. This waterside community boasts boating, fishing, and walking/jogging/biking along its scenic roads and trails.
Situated just beside Anchorage, Annapolis Cove is the home to more than 200 single-family homes and a beautiful private marina on Lake Ogleton. Epping Forest is a private waterfront community located just north of Annapolis on the Severn River. It includes a clubhouse, beach area, marina, and tennis courts and is a controlled access neighborhood.
Fair Oaks is a small community on the Magothy River just east of Severna Park. A short drive down Route 2, and you will find yourself in historic downtown Annapolis and at the U.S. Naval Academy. Closer to home is Anne Arundel Community College.
Just across the Severn River from the U.S. Naval Academy lies a small neighborhood called Ferry Farms. With a splendid view of the Academy, especially at sunset, Ferry Farms is just a short walk to the U.S. Naval Academy Golf Club.
Fishing Creek Farm
Near Highland Beach and Arundel-on-the-Bay, Fishing Creek Farm is just a short distance across the water from Thomas Point Park. Almost surrounded by water, this community offers waterfront homes, a community center and pool.
In Arnold, Glen Oban is located along the Severn River and across Route 2 from Anne Arundel Community College. It is a water-privileged community that offers many other neighborhood amenities.

Located just behind the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Homewood is convenient to downtown Annapolis as well as Route 50 and beyond. This neighborhood boasts many quaint and lovely homes in the area bordered by West Street and the stadium.
Between Spa Road and Forest Drive, Hunt Meadow borders Quiet Waters Park. With a community pool, tennis courts and miles of sidewalks and walking paths, Hunt Meadow is a vibrant Annapolis community.

A private community on the Annapolis Neck peninsula just outside Annapolis, Oyster Harbor offers spectacular views of the Chesapeake Bay. South River Landing
Located on a peninsula just south of the Route 2 bridge in Edgewater, South River Landing offers lovely waterfront properties. Homeowners enjoy the ease of accessing historic Annapolis and the many new shopping areas in Annapolis, including Annapolis Towne Center.

Legend has it that George Washington commented on the beautiful wild roses in this area at the end of Ferry Point Road when he traveled from his home in Mt. Vernon to the capital in Annapolis. Accessible from Forest Drive, it is just a short ride from historic downtown Annapolis.
